Acoustic Enclosures & Containers

Radiator fans can be fitted internally or externally depending on requirements, they can be coupled to the discharge attenuator through a canvas connection preventing re-circulation and ensuring a positive air-flow through the enclosure.

From a practical perspective, having a doorway canopy overhead means you’re protected from the elements as you enter/leave.

Access Doors – Single, double or maintenance access doors. Fire & security rated available.

Easy access to gas pipe connections and ports (for gas generators).

Cable Link Box – A cable box provides an easy load connection point for SWA cables to be attached and converted into more flexibile Ho7 cable inside the container.

Fire Alarm Beacon – Fire Alarm Beacons are an ideal way of giving a visual warning that the fire alarm system has been triggered. Our fire alarm beacons are manufactured to the highest quality conforming to British standards, ensuring you, your business and your team are quickly alerted in the event of fire.

Lifting eyes (occassionally referred to as lifting lugs). Designed to connect to the top, side or bottom of an acoustic enclosure so that the unit can be lifted by an overhead crane.

Provides easy access to the roof for maintenance operations.

Bespoke exhaust systems to guide exhaust gases away from the engine can be cylindrical or box-shaped based on project restrictions. Box-shaped exhausts can be recessed into the frame for reduced height. Both cylindrical and box exhausts can be place on the roof or side of an acoustic enclosure. Smaller engine-sized units can incorporate an exhaust inside the frame for a reduced overall footprint.

Multi-functional acoustic louvres allowing airflow throught the unit whilst simultaneously reducing noise created by the generator heard outside the enclosure. Louvres are available in a wide-range of standard modular sizes so performance requirements can be met.

Bespoke external fuel tanks provide an increased operational run-time in a variety of shapes and sizes to counter spatial restrictions.

Provides focused lighting to key areas of the container in low-light conditions.

An emergency stop button wired in series with the control circuit of the generator. Pushing the emergency stop button will break the circuit of the genset and remove the power supply that keeps the circuit energised.
